These rates are for 2 guests and include: bed linen, bath towels, pool towels, tea towels, and basic provisions (salt, pepper, sugar, tea, coffee, filters, kitchen roll, toilet paper, washing-up liquid, organic shower gel).

A compulsory end-of-stay cleaning fee of €38 applies to all bookings.

Tourist tax is added to these rates. In 2026, it amounts to €0.90 per adult per day.

No security deposit required.

These prices include a 15% discount for direct bookings.

Accepted payment methods:cash, cheque, bank transfer, debit/credit card, holiday vouchers.

• The property is not suitable for young children (pool not adapted, nearby watercourse).
• Pets are accepted on request in the Ventoux’s cottage only.
• LUBERON’S COTTAGE (sofa bed): third guest or twin bedding option: €15 per day.
• July and August: minimum stay of 7 nights. Flexible options may be available from 1 June for remaining dates.
  Outside these periods: minimum stay of 2 nights.
• Check-in: from 5.00 pm to 9.00 pm. Earlier arrival possible subject to availability (please contact us, free of charge).
• Check-out: by 10.00 am. Late check-out until 9.00 pm may be possible subject to availability, with a supplement of €30.

To confirm a booking, a 30% deposit of the total stay is required. THE BALANCE MUST BE PAID 48 HOURS BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL.

For the deposit, we will charge 30% to your bank card. Alternatively, you may pay by bank transfer, cheque or holiday vouchers.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Full refund up to 14 days before the arrival date, regardless of the time of year.
  Please note: minor bank charges may apply for card or holiday voucher payments.
• 30% deposit retained for cancellations made less than 14 days before the start of the stay (except in cases of force majeure with proof).
• 100% of the stay charged for cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival or in case of no-show.

For bookings made via a booking platform (Booking, Airbnb, etc.), the specific terms and conditions of each platform apply.
